Recently, I have fallen for so many new products, which is uncommon me. I tend to stick with what I know and if it works for me, I stay loyal!

About a month ago, I was invited to attend the Rodial Makeup Pop-Up Event in Selfridges for influencers. If you're not familiar with Rodial, they are skincare brand founded by Maria Hatzistefanis in the late 90s. They are well known for pairing anti-ageing and powerful ingredients, such as bee venom and dragon's blood to produce the best results for your skin. Insane, right?!

Since then, Rodial embarked on blessing us with a stunning makeup collection and I was pleased to know, I would be receiving a makeover on the day using all their products.
I mean, wouldn't you be happy if you knew Kim Kardashian's makeup artist swears by this brand?
I rest my case.

The talented and lovely Jon Rummins did this gorgeous, glowing, sun-kissed look, with a subtle smoky eye and a pinky nude lip colour! It was like the sun decided to come and live on top of my head. That's exactly how I felt when I received this transformation. I got very familiar with their products and learnt some great makeup tips along the way.

Below are the key products used for my look.

Instaglam Compact Deluxe Highlighting Powder - Good for a pop of radiance and has a strong strobing effect that makes you look youthful and dewy.

Instaglam Compact Deluxe Contouring Powder Dark - This contour powder has been used on Kim K.
This is my first owned contour product and for a beginner like me, I love how this blends easily, without it being so harsh. It gives a sculpted finish and I never thought I would get the hang of contouring, but Rodial made this so easy for me.

Smokey Eye Sculpt Eyeshadow Palette - Perfect for this coming Autumn, this eyeshadow palette has colours for whatever occasion and the pigment is very rich. For a no makeup look, I love to this on my brow bone for an added glint of highlight!

Glamolash Mascara XXL - Black - Lengthens, thickens and defines! I highly recommend.

Suede Lips in Calabasas - Named after a city in California, it's a gorgeous pinky nude that can be worn for a simple glam.

Overall, I am impressed with their products and their sleek packaging is everything. They are currently in my new beauty routine and I hope to do a makeup look using them very soon. If I'm honest, they don't do a wide range of foundation shades for darker skin tones. I believe I'm as dark as the get, none the less, they have other products like their highlighting powder, lipstick shades and more to choose from, if you're looking to try out new makeup.

Thank you for the gifts guys!

What do you think of my makeover? And have you tried any of their products before?
