I needed an instant wardrobe staple, without trying too hard. So, I wore a classic, figure hugging LBD (can't go wrong with a black dress), and threw on an ultra luxe piece to add instant drama!
Cue Violet & Wren!
If you're not familiar with Violet & Wren, they are a new expert British Loungewear brand that fuses 100% silk satin, hyper feminine botanical prints, with sports luxe detailing and relaxes silhouette. I'm in love with their ready to wear approach to loungewear dressing.
It's a beauty right?
I'm obsessed with the silk robe trend, which is a perfect throw on for summer. You can wear this ensemble both ways, whether you're jetting off to a fabulous event, or entertaining in your home. The details are gorgeous and striking. You'll be drawn in by the delicate soft hues of poppies and ethereal tones. This robe is silky soft and drapes on like a second skin. For me, it's a show stopper (especially in the wind) and as you can see, my simple black look was given a million dollar upgrade.
I call this the kimono of my dreams.
